Regulatory Standard (NR) 12.13.1:
"Machines and equipment must have an instruction manual provided by the manufacturer or importer, containing information related to safety in all phases of use."

Consumer Protection Code (CDC) Article 50, Sole Paragraph:

It must be provided, properly filled out by the supplier, at the time of delivery, accompanied by the instruction manual, installation, and usage guide of the product in educational language, with illustrations."
